A Digital Practitioner, leading Sutheland\'s Digital Transformation Journey focusing on Process Automation through Robotics and Application Development. With 16+ experience across various functional and technology domains, I specialize on business transformation through process re-engineering and digital opportunity enablement. In my current role, I lead the RPA Engagement working with various cross functional teams apart from leading a Platform Development team for FAO/BFSI practices. Am also working on setting up an enterprise framework for automation to enable businesses to adapt automation as a part of their function. As a part of my tenure, I have led many large scale digital projects including a software deployment which is now active in over 55 Million PC\'s. An MBA in Operations Management and an Executive Post Graduate Certificate in Strategy Management from IIM-Kozhikode gives a much needed impetus to marry academic framework into transformation initiatives to bring in much needed scalability quotient. Am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt. I have presented a white paper on “Decoding Chargeback through Predictive Analytics” in 6th Annual International Commerce Conference on Digital Outreach and Future of Marketing Practices and won the Best Paper award. This paper has also been shortlisted for publishing by Routledge Publications.
