My journey includes stints in engineering roles—from erection and commissioning to maintenance scheduling and SOP documentation. At Matelkarma Engineering Technology, I fused HR functions with project oversight, liaising with government bodies, managing EPF/ESIC/PT filings, and coordinating vendor logistics across ACC sites.
