ABOUT ARVIND SINGH

With 16 years of experience in Automotive, ADAS, Autonomous Vehicles, Lidar Industries. Core experience in Industrial engineering, design for assembly, and new product introduction, I am currently leading a team of six industrial engineers as a site lead at Customer location, a global engineering services provider. My mission is to deliver industrialization solutions for New Product in Automotive OEM\'s and Tier organizations.My core competencies include configuring and implementing Assembly line PLC based conveyor, estimating time using MOST methodology and analysis, assembly line design, takt time, cycle time, manpower estimate and line balancing, and collaborating with quality teams for control plan and workstation readiness. I have also successfully led teams for DFA projects for cost reduction at design stage, and identified scope for cost reduction by 30% in equipment\'s and fixtures by localizing them. I have been part of concurrent engineering teams focusing on the liaison between engineering, manufacturing operations, and logistics teams, ensuring complete NPI process from design to manufacturing. I have also participated in budgeting, localization, and capacity enhancement for new vehicle launches into existing assembly lines. I am proficient in process development, Microsoft Office Suite and Project, and Power BI dashboards. I have also completed certifications in strategic thinking and project management skills.
