Legal Framework Research:Conduct a comprehensive study to identify and analyse the key Acts, Rules, Regulations, and Landmark Judgments that govern or significantly impact the REAL ESTATE & CONSTRUCTIONS industry in India. Focus on the statutory provisions, regulatory bodies, judicial interpretations, and compliance obligations relevant to client servicing, dispute resolution, and legal advisory within the sector.2. Drafting of Legal Notices and Replies:Prepare all types of legal notices issued byseller/buyer/tenant/landlord/agent/vendors under various sections and rules IN REAL ESTATE & CONSTRUCTIONS industry, and Correspondingly, draft well-reasoned replies to such notices, citing relevant provisions of applicable Acts, Rules, Regulations, and Judicial Precedents to ensure a strong legal position and effective representation of clients3.Training Module Development:Design comprehensive training modules for incoming lawyers, highlighting key sections, sub-sections, definitions, legal issues, landmark judgments, and practical aspects such as common notices and their replies.
