Define goals, set priorities and manage a backlog of features, work with engineering, design, and QE to meet those requirements within defined timelines• Partner with IT and Product leadership to drive and manage development process and release management, working with a distributed, international and cross-functional product team to get product roadmap implemented• Understand and contribute to the product vision and roadmap by technical analysis of the legacy system/applications and addressing the enterprise and end customer pain points• Run solution workshops in a distributed environment, bringing product, engineering, architecture and partners to the same forum working on accelerated decision making – proactively identifying and mitigating engineering roadblocks• Define ways of working, sprint process planning and code review processes for the scrum teams• Defining sprints, carrying out various sprint ceremonies with utmost focus on continual learning via sprint retrospective• Write clear and concise user stories and requirements with well-defined acceptance criteria, prioritizing development items aligning to the product business needs • Use data, customer and competitive insights, and industry best practices to identify opportunities to create innovative capabilities and compelling customer experiences • Work with Product Managers to scope and prioritize tasks based on business and customer impact. Drafting clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to gain support for recommendations • Define technical requirements based on the stakeholder feedback and technical analysis from legacy systems and digital channels• Define service level contracts and SLAs for integration partners• Partner in defining testing approach, success criteria metrics and defect management process• Liaison with enterprise partners to adopt product features and define MVP
