Arranging Interviews and Closing positions. Attending Client Meetings. Head Hunting for Various Domains. 6.Line up the candidate as per requirmentsProcess : Managing the recruitment process for IT Sector. Identify new areas of opportunity (lines of technology, new clients, new areas with existing clients) Requirement Mapping. Executive Search through Database, Job Portal Search, Advertisements, referencing, networking, headhunting etc) Screening & Short listing resumes as per the specifications. Conduct HR discussions with candidates and discuss with HR about offer letter. Handling End to end recruitments. Screening resumes as per the specification. Co-ordination with the Client recruiter and schedule interviews of candidates (Telephonic and personnel interviews) Internal recruitment & arrange the candidate training. Maintains the entire database with key skills & check the duplicates data & remove from database. Managing the recruitment process for IT Sector.
