About Arvind Raghunathan
Seeking full-time roles in accounting starting January 2026* I have a strong background in accounting, and I am currently pursuing an MS in Accounting Data Analytics and Technologies at Pace University. My recent experience as a Management Trainee at Genpact India involved transitioning operations for a multi-billion-dollar US based retail client. I managed client accounts by reconciling reports for accurate billing. I contributed to month-end close activities and also performed various types of ad-hoc activities. I got recognition for my excellent in performance and participated in process improvement initiatives. My coursework and certifications, such as the US CMA and ongoing US CPA, complement my hands-on experience in accounting. Through US CMA, I picked up skills such as Financial Statement Analysis, Corporate Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Reporting and Cost Management. These technical skills combined with my strong communication abilities, make me well-equipped for accounting roles.
