Overall head of the track and Buildings division for maintenance of track and building systems on Mumbai Metro Line 1 Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Corridor. Effective functioning of Track and Buildings Division and assist Director-Maintenance to take decisions in the areas of track and buildings maintenance. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance of track and buildings. Monitoring periodic inspections of track and buildings and accordingly plan the maintenance work with resources. Keep related equipment and facilities in working condition Contract/subcontract management for various contractual works in the division Monitor shift work schedule of track team and civil maintenance team Providing strategic direction, planning and managing the availability of civil and track work safety, maximizing reliability and providing adequate protection for employees, facilities and equipment Monitor the execution of maintenance activities of civil and track equipment and facilities Manage the facilities repair work, supervision after service of supplier / subcontractor Inspection of civil and track system and set up the operation regulation Review and manage status of requirement and procurement of civil and track equipments and spare parts Develop database and monitor the updated information and data through the SAP Identify training needs and accordingly plan and conduct the same for employees Review and modifications to preventive maintenance schedules as per requirements for track and buildings div. Monitor and review RAMS reports for daily, weekly and monthly reports of track and buildings division Establish and recruit the skilled team for track and buildings division To ensure safe and reliable functioning of track and buildings equipment and systems
