Identifying potential candidates for the Clients using online job boards, referrals, headhunting and recruitment agencies.• Attending management meetings.• Maintain relationships with hiring managers.Specialties:• Sourcing the Profiles by using different methods- flipping, X-raying Etc• Sourcing Strategies – If Job boards are exhausted coming up with different sourcing strategies-Head Hunting, Poaching, and Networking Etc.Roles/Responsibilities• Involved in full-life-cycle recruitment process and some account management.• Interact with onsite managers to understand their needs and set proper expectations.• Create sourcing strategy and execute the hiring plan effectively within the timeframes.• Effectively organize and manage a database of candidates and contacts.• Formulating action plan for addressing the critical requirements and increasing the pipeline. Highlighting the number of candidates in the pipeline.• Pre-screen candidates to ascertain validity of resume and verify previous experience and also to determine \'fit\' with a given requirement. Articulated and negotiated job offers with candidates and close approved candidates.• Scheduling the technical interviews with the clients and follow up the candidates.• Follow up for after-interview feedback to successfully make a placement. Coordinate in background and drug screens; perform reference checks.• Collecting the necessary documents from the consultant for the hiring process.• Coordinate with various departments for the new hire and orientation process.• As a lead, mentor and guide on the Sourcing process.• Adopting various strategies for sourcing like Headhunting, E-Recruitment, Database search, networking and References.Developed and implemented effective recruiting strategies in order to source, screen, recruit, and select high quality candidates.
