Project 1a - Claims AI ChatbotProject was initiated in order to provide AI support to claim adjusters for processing auto insurance claims. This is integrated with Guidewire Claim Center knowledge base.What is it: A chatbot (Retrieval Augmented Generation) that creates answers based from the document set or content from SharePoint sites. What does it do: Generate answers to questions based on the knowledge base. It will also provide references for the answers and links to documentation on the SharePoint site. Project 1b – RPA using Logic apps (Support system for Claims AI Chatbot)This project was initiated to implement automated workflows and system integration between SharePoint and the Claims AI Chatbot using Azure Logic Apps. The solution automates the synchronization of site content and documents, ensuring that whenever data is added, edited, or deleted, the Logic App fetches the updated information to deliver the latest content via the AI chatbot interface.Project 2 - Quantum Calculator:Automated reserving isn’t accurate in Guidewire Claim Centre for certain types of auto insurance claims that involves ‘Bodily Injury’. These claims involve consideration of complex factors like medical bill, lost wages, rehabilitation, funeral expenses and legal defense fees. In order to determine the accurate reserve value / quantum value, the quantum calculator application is being developed to assist claims representatives (CRs). This application helps in evaluating and determining the monetary value to be paid for the damages.
