Aligning the CRM, Consent Management and Analytics systems to the Account-First strategy: The successful decommissioning of a legacy CRM system (my last project) led to this project. The project aims to align the CRM, Consent Management and Analytics systems with the Account-First strategy. I am playing the same role (Lead Solutions Architect) as I was doing on the last project. I am responsible for defining current and target architectures, presenting the solutions to the Technical Design Board, and ensuring successful delivery from the technical perspective.In parallel, I am also working as a solution architect on the following small projects: Modernising the knowledge management solution using AI Managing the newsletter sign-up preferences Migrating the sourcing of product content and inventory data from a legacy platform to the modern platform Implementation of SSO to the CRM platform (for our agents)
