Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making and business strategy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives. Document and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Generating a variety of Management Information System (MIS) reports, both periodic and ad-hoc, for the Director\'s office. Maintain standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards with insights and metrics that drive change in the business, which are tailored in level of detail for the appropriate stakeholders. Design business analysis and data recording systems for insights of the department, using advanced Excel skills, including Macros, VBA coding along-with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Chat GPT tools.
