With a strong foundation in development leadership and community engagement, I currently serve as Executive – Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at NTPC Limited, Koldam Hydro Power Project, Himachal Pradesh.My work sits at the intersection of infrastructure development and social responsibility. I closely coordinate with district administration, local governance institutions and project-affected communities to ensure that land acquisition and rehabilitation processes are conducted with transparency, fairness and statutory compliance. I believe that large infrastructure projects must move forward with sensitivity toward people’s livelihoods, dignity and long-term well-being.In my CSR role, I focus on designing and implementing community-driven initiatives aligned with sustainable development priorities. From stakeholder consultations to impact monitoring and reporting, I strive to ensure that every intervention creates measurable and meaningful change in the surrounding communities.Prior to joining NTPC, I worked as Senior Program Lead at Piramal Foundation, where I led large-scale development initiatives in partnership with government systems. That experience strengthened my understanding of grassroots realities, policy implementation challenges and the importance of collaborative problem-solving.Across roles, my approach has remained consistent: listen carefully, engage respectfully and deliver responsibly. I am particularly interested in sustainable infrastructure, community participation frameworks and strengthening trust between institutions and citizens.I remain committed to building development models that balance growth with equity and long-term social impact.
