Arvind is a Senior Manager within Deloitte India’s Technology and Transformation Portfolio, where he helps clients unlock significant business potential and drive growth through technology-driven transformations. His expertise lies in designing, implementing and running future-ready systems by deeply understanding business processes and of industry best practices to achieve the desired outcomes.With over 9+ years of experience, including 6+ years in managing large-scale, complex SAP S/4 Hana engagements, and 2 years as an SAP end user, Arvind has an experience spanning across BPML finalization, requirement gathering, business blueprinting (BBP) finalization, system designing and implementing technologyenabled solutions. He has further, managed unit testing, UAT, user trainings, planning data migration strategies, cutover planning, and post go-live support during PGLS.Out of 9+ years of experience, his 3+ years of experience has been in direct client facing roles, involving senior stakeholders(CXOs) management.He has led teams successfully in multiple SAP projects and has knowledge of SAP Finance, Central finance, FI-BK, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-GL, FI-AA, FI-FCC and FI-FM along with integration of SAP Finance with other modules. He also, has knowledge of controlling aspects like Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Profit Center Accounting(CO-PCA), Internal Orders (CO-IO) and Margin Analysis.Additionally, he has contributed to various firm initiatives, including preparation of responses to large-scale RFI and RFPs, implementing resourcing tools for SAP practice, grooming campus hires, and recruitment for finance module.He has worked experience of working in Retail, Consumer Goods, Agritech, Hospitality, Education and Manufacturing industries.Before joining Deloitte, Arvind gained diverse experience in the construction industry, where he oversaw electrical execution and financial management of projects. He also had a brief stint in business development at a leading Ed-tech startup in India.
