During a career spanning more than 33 years, have worked in diverse Organizations managed complex activities right from inception stage to final implementation, leading large teams of Engineers/Technicians besides other functionaries.I have extensive of experience in Signaling and Train Control Systems, Telecommunications, Fare collection systems, PSD and Information Technology. The assignments included Engineering, Estimation, Tendering, Procurement, PMC, Testing & Commissioning, Project Management, Human Resource management, Contract Management, programs monitoring and O&M. The systems also interfaced with other systems like RS, SCADA, CCHS, IT, Civil works, etc.I have been associated with Delhi Metro Rail right from initial phase for 10 years for the systems consisting of S & TC and AFC systems supplied by various vendors. I have worked in various capacities in Indian Railways for Construction and maintenance of Signaling, Telecommunication and IT systems. Presently I am Project Director at Ansaldo-STS.I am member of professional bodies: IET/UK, IRSTE/India, IUT (India), IETE(India).Expertise include: Program review, monitoring and co-ordination Supervision of projects, reviewing technical documents leading to project design, testing, commissioning A team leader with wide experience in developing, training, motivating, multi-skilling and mentoring diverse teams for excellence in performance in the organization An innovator with knowledge and experience of change management Implementation of Information & Communication technology project & services
