The scope of delivery cuts across a vast section of businesses within the organization – which include, among others, HR, Communications, Finance, and Clinical businesses.The SharePoint solutions are aimed at enabling businesses to drive efficiencies in their day-to-day operations, thereby serving our patients better.I also lead the Novartis Electronic Signature Service (NESS) program. The objective of this program is to ensure the adoption, rollout, and operational stability of eSignature technology at an enterprise level.DocuSign is the primary technology driving this program.
