About Arvin Frazier

Experienced team leader in strategic planning, program and organizational management, self-starter, energetic, excellent presenter and results oriented, are a few key attributes that have contributed to a successful employment career leaving me well prepared to assist in the overall mission of a progressive data and outcomes driven business. My professional career has included working, communicating and reporting in diverse settings from high-levels of government, higher education institutions, and Board rooms, to community and parent meetings held around a kitchen table. I am passionate about the value in community relations and affairs and my executive level careers with College Possible, Building Bright Futures and Nebraska Department of Education, Vocational Rehabilitation reflects a longstanding successful track record of convening and fostering collaboration of community resources and resource development across a broad spectrum of constituents. While progressing through a series of career promotions, I have effectively developed and led organizational transformation projects, established and managed collaborative relationships with business and government partners, guided and facilitated advisory boards, managed significant budgets and personnel. My successful experiences include a wide-range of community-based, government and service agency initiatives, all with a focus on data-driven performance and outcomes.
