I am a PhD Researcher in Biotechnology specializing in the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Medical Mycology. My work focuses on the fungal pathogen Candida albicans, where I leverage Machine Learning models to identify novel protein targets and predict inhibitor activity.Currently, I am developing computational frameworks to streamline drug discovery, including a Streamlit application designed to predict the activity of inhibitors.
