   Designed and executed single-cell RNA sequencing experiments to evaluate novel Chromium GEM-X Single Cell 3\' Reagent Kits, demonstrating improved performance over previously used methods. This involved carrying out sample preparation of mouse splenocytes, cell hashing using BioLegend TotalSeq antibodies, 10x 3’ encapsulation and library construction, library QC, and Illumina sequencing, resulting in high-quality sequencing data.Collaborated with bioinformaticians and genomics scientists to develop an analysis plan, interpret sequencing metrics and performance, and prepare a presentation summarizing the findings and recommending a transition to new library preparation chemistry based on findings from scRNA data.Authored in-house Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Chromium GEM-X Single Cell 3\' Reagent Kits v4 to standardize protocol implementation for future experiments and to train new genomics team members. Conducted experiment comparing AO/PI settings on an automated cell counter with manual cell counting as the control, using CD34 and A549 cells in serial dilutions to assess accuracy, precision, and optimal setting for different cell sizes in single-cell experiments.Operated and maintained lab instrumentation following genomics SOPs including Illumina sequencing platforms leading to consistent sequencing performance.
