Leading changes to ERCOT rules to enable islanding of wholesale batteries to serve load in a local TSP service emergency. Creating market entry paths, regulatory approvals, and ironclad reg compliance for the offer design, for the launch of Tesla Electric, Tesla\'s first energy retailer in the world. Enabling the corporate Tesla ecosystem to actuate wholesale energy companies globally, and launching the first Tesla wholesale entity in Texas.6. Leading a successful national campaign to avert changes to CFTC rules which would have imposed millions in litigation risk for the Southwest Power Pool; revising the Trade Option/Forwards Contract regulations and winning guidance to reduce millions in swaps rules compliance burden for energy companies. Advising the natural gas utility industry and facilitating its White House policy engagement on all aspects of permitting, pushing local consultation reforms, incl. USFWS, EPA, DOI, PHMSA, USACE. Luminary Strategies advises on taking the right bets, participates as an owner in development projects for grid integrated large load campuses, supports the design of programs and market rules changes which enable investment in complex projects.
