About Arushi Mittal

Currently pursuing the PGPM program at IIM Tiruchirappalli, where I’m honing my leadership and collaboration skills through a diverse, team-oriented learning environment. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University, where I ranked 2nd across the university in my second year and was among the top 1% of students, earning a certification from the central government for academic excellence. Most recently, I interned as a Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan, in the Investment Banking division, where I was part of the Asia-Pacific Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team. I contributed to live deals and pitch materials, conducted market and industry research across dynamic APAC markets. This experience strengthened my financial acumen, market awareness, and solidified my passion for capital markets. Additionally, I previously interned with Dunghtech Technology, a firm developing biodegradable products from desi cow dung, where I managed their social media presence, ideated content, and boosted engagement through visitor interaction and storytelling.
