Currently working on making the consumer app experience flawless and delightful at Blinkit.Previously worked on developing some kick ass features to help SMBs grow exponentially on Anar (an Accel & Elevation funded early stage startup). Prior to that, I was working at Urban Company. My projects involved working on retention and engagement on the consumer app.Post my 2-year MBA at IIM Calcutta, I worked at McKinsey for 2 years where I thoroughly enjoyed leading strategic transformations and building Digital and Analytics (DnA) solutions for businesses across industries (e.g. Banking, Pharma, Consumer Retail, Agri Business, Education) and geographies (India, South Asia). Bit by the startup bug early on, I founded an online venture in 2013 in the mental health and counselling space helping young adults cope with their everyday problems.A trained Bharatanatyam dancer and an avid chai lover, I\'m always up for a conversation on startups, product management and consulting!
