ABOUT ARUSHI GROVER
As a Program Specialist at Deloitte Global, I lead the communication, design and delivery of culture and curriculum focused programs for the Leadership & Career Development team. With a BA in Psychology & Speech Sciences from the University of British Columbia and a Post-degree Certificate in Human Resources Management from York University School of Continuing Studies, I have a strong background in strategic planning, people management, and operations. I am passionate about diversity and inclusion, and I enjoy applying my skills and knowledge to create impactful and engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
