About Arushi
Studying Psychology in BSc Maths instilled in me an interest in human behaviour. The HR curriculum in IIM Ranchi has only further cemented that. As my Professors had said multiple times - HR professionals\' primary responsibility is to alter behaviour. Currently, I\'m on the lookout for opportunities that give me space to apply the diverse experience. Along with post-MBA experience in Talent Management, I also come with a strong analytical background. My top career interests within HR include - TM, L&D, Analytics, Campus Hiring, and OD! I\'m open to cross-functional experience as well.
