About Arup Ratan Paul
I received B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Shibpur (erstwhile Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur) in 2015. I was an Engineer at Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd. from 2015 to 2017. I have completed MTech PhD dual degree from IIT Bombay in 2024. My research interest includes solar PV inverters, dc-dc converters, high gain inverters, application of power electronics in solar PV systems. I have served as Power Electronics HW & Modelling at Jaguar Land Rover TBSI from 2023 to 2025. Currently I am working at GE Aerospace as Research Engineer: Power Electronics and Control.
