My expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of areas including mineral block assessment and development, geophysical well logging, CBM gas exploration and production, groundwater investigation, geological mapping, and resource evaluation. I specialize in advanced techniques like 2D CDP seismic reflection survey, gravity-magnetic, magneto telluric, electrical resistivity, EM, MT, GPR, seismic refraction-seismic tomography, and In Seam Seismic Survey.A proud alumnus of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, graduated in 1986 with an M.Sc. Tech in Applied Geophysics. My career spans several prestigious national and international roles with organizations like CGWB, CMPDIL, and ESSAR Group. I am a PMI USA certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and am credited with the discovery of one of the world’s largest iron ore deposits, achieved by leading the world’s largest ground magnetic survey in Zimbabwe. I pioneered the use of geophysical technologies in the Mwanesi iron ore deposit, enhancing its mining operations.My technical acumen is further demonstrated through proven expertise in borehole geophysical logging data acquisition, processing, interpretation, and evaluation, which help determine various physical parameters of subsurface formations. I also have extensive experience in conducting shallow subsurface geophysical surveys for geotechnical and pre-construction investigations, and non-destructive evaluations of earth structures like dams, tunnels, and subsurface foundations.With extensive international experience in countries including Iran, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Mozambique, Indonesia, and other West African nations, my career is a testament to my skill in formulating, executing, supervising, and planning exploration, mining, and business development activities.
