As a Vice Principal, I support the Principal in managing the overall functioning of the school. My role includes overseeing academics, maintaining discipline, and ensuring smooth daily operations. I work closely with teachers to improve teaching quality and student performance. I also help coordinate school events, manage staff duties, and communicate with parents when needed. In the Principal’s absence, I take responsibility for leading the school and ensuring a safe, positive learning environment for all.
