1) Submission of RFQ (Tender Enquiries including Commercial and Technical Part)(Client- Tata Steel Ltd Jsr, Tinplate Company of India Ltd Jsr, TSLPL (Tata Steel Long Products Ltd) Jsr, Tata Metaliks Ltd Kharagpur.(Preparation & Submission of BOQ Liquidation Plan /Schedule, Manpower & Resource Mobilization Plan, Site Organizational Chart). 2) Preparation of JMR (Joint Measurement Record) & BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) of the work done at site and to get it certified by Consultant & Client. 3) Quantity Surveying (Estimation of Quantity as per drawing) 4) Preparation of Client Billing as per Drawing, JMR’s & BBS,including R.A (Progress) bill, Final bill, retention bill and getting it certified by Consultant & Client and submission of the bill for Invoice Verification. 5) Sub-Contractor(Vendor)Bill Certification. 6) Reconciliation-of Reinforcement (TMTBars),Cement as per RMC consumption, Structural reconciliation, electrode (Weldingrod),Oxygen & LPG used in gas cutting reconciliation & other Consumable items at construction work. 7) Preparation of Billing –Schedule as per work-order. 8) Preparation of Change order (Order Quantity V/s Actual Work Done at site). 9) Rate Analysis of Extra Items Executed at Site and putting up with RSC (Rate Settlement Committee) for approval. 10) Well versed with Tata Steel’s Billing Ecosystem (Raising of Memo/Challan and Bill Submission in KGSSL Portal) Chasing up/Follow up with Client’s Finance & Accounts Team for Invoice Verification. Preparation of RFQ/BOQ, floating of RFQ to Sub-Vendors and releasing of Sub Vendor PO (Purchase Order). • Projects Currently Handling (Ongoing Project / Already Finished) 1)TCIL (Tinplate Company of India Ltd) Projects Jsr,Enabling job (related to sewer line job) for upcoming CRM Job (TCIL Expansion Projects). 2)Billing & Planning of Civil Construction for Scale Pit and Shed Foundation, BD Mill Foundation, RHF (Re Heating Furnace), Fume Tunnel at 0.5 MTPA Combi Mill Area at Jemco Site Jsr.(Client-TSLPL Tata Steel Long Product Limited) 3)Involved in Planning & Billing of WRM Extension Project at TSL, Jsr. 4) Civil Dismantling of Coke Plant Battery 5 & 6 and Civil Dismantling of Old SPP (Slag Processing Plant) at TSL,Jsr. 5) Civil work for construction of GranShot plant at tata steel Jamshedpur (Main Structures Included ECR Building /Granshot Building /Cooling Tower/Retaining wall, Silo foundation, Conveyor Gallery Foundation, Junction House ). 6)Architectural Finishing Work at ITS Building & APERTA Building/Gleeble Building at R&D Dept.(Tata Steel).
