Arun Prasad is a seasoned HR leader with over 18 years of experience driving business transformation and amplifying business growth across multiple industries. In my current role, I leverage my expertise in talent strategy, business partnering and change management to design and implement effective HR processes and drive their optimization and governance that catalyses the strategic priorities of Novo Nordisk\'s Global P&O Organization.
