About Arun Subramanian
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across traditional and digital finance in senior leadership roles spanning exchanges, derivatives, and blockchain ventures, with experience driving business growth and strategic partnerships.I’ve built and led global teams, developed commercial partnerships, and guided projects from concept through execution. Building and managing teams globally has taught me how to handle operational and regulatory challenges while delivering tangible results in digital asset markets.My work focuses on helping organizations turn digital asset initiatives into scalable businesses by combining market infrastructure experience with commercial execution and growth. I’ve advised and worked with blockchain and tokenization projects, regulators, and market participants seeking to integrate digital assets and real world assets (RWAs) within institutional frameworks.My focus is on leadership roles where I can help organizations build and scale digital asset and tokenization businesses, particularly within institutions and high-growth technology firms. I continue to engage selectively in advisory work with teams where there is strong alignment in goals and direction.
