Assist Procurement manager with the stock control and coordinate with the existing and new supplier to check the new and old merchandising which they can offer for the company requirement. Creating POs and submitting invoices for the Merchandise / services we have bought from various suppliers. Placing new orders according to the requirements from various offices in different countries. Organising various couriers for the delivery of National and International shipments for the products going to different countries. Maintaining a record of the logistic shipments and dealing with the invoices for the couriers used and follow up with accounts of both sides to ensure all payments are done correctly. Coordinating with the Events team & Warehouse staffs in the company to organise merchandises required for different events. Visiting different events to assist the team with setting up stalls & marquees as well as providing support on promoting the company in the events.
