A Techno-Management Professional with 30+ years of Industry experience spanning the FMCG, Packaging, Training, Start-Up Mentoring and Education Sectors. My experience and skill sets have been built up through cross-functional roles with global client engagements and networking, Profit Centre management, Business Process Improvement/Transformation, new product development, technology transfer and innovation. A few of the major transformation projects which I worked on include Business Process Re-Engineering, implementation of Business Excellence Framework across a business, establishing indigenous manufacturability of a key value added material, development of sustainable product packaging options and pack formats for the FMCG industry. A key value proposition which I bring to the table is my expertise in handling change/transition challenges in technology, processes, products. The stint in the Training, Mentoring and Education space has helped in the application and transfer of this real life experience to Corporate executives, students to help them relate to their specific real-time challenges. The mentorship role in the start up ecosystem is a cutting edge experience which guides Deep Tech Start Up in using the Lean Start Up Model for Customer Discovery and Business Model Validation. I also work with start ups in the areas of water sustainability and sustainable packaging in the journey to product-market fit.
