ABOUT ARUN MATHRUBOOTHAM
I have always been curious. Not the “read a lot of books” kind. The “ask too many questions, break things, fix them, and then question the fix” kind.Over the years, I have worn many hats, intern, HR, sales, marketing, operations, support, customer experience, and every one of them taught me something about how people, systems, and businesses work. Today, I spend most of my time figuring out what truly matters, what is noise, and how to build things that last.I like creating things that make sense. Teams that trust each other. Systems that actually help. Habits that stick. Processes that solve problems instead of creating new ones. I enjoy solving challenges that are slightly messy, a little people-heavy, and rarely black and white.I am not a fan of long lectures, but I care deeply about clarity and intent. I believe in making people feel heard, whether it is a teammate, a customer, or someone just trying to get through their day.As Director at Inkarp, I continue a 40-year legacy of bringing world-class scientific solutions to India. But my journey is not limited to just business. I have always believed that life needs spaces where people can pause, breathe, and grow, and that belief gave birth to two of my most personal projects.Alley Pally is a reading-themed cafe built for moments of stillness. It is a place to escape the rush, sip good coffee, lose track of time with a book, work quietly, or simply be.Pickleball Central is a sports arena built around movement and joy. It is for anyone who wants to switch off from everything else, move their body, and walk away feeling lighter and more focused. You will usually find me deep in conversation with someone from HR, marketing, sales, or tech, sometimes all on the same day. That is where the real fun (and chaos) is.If you like conversations that question how things are done and how they can be done better, we will probably get along well.
