As an Associate Director in the M&A, Funds and Valuations team, I have experience advising a variety of UK and global clients, across a range of different industries, in relation to M&A transactions, post-transaction structuring and equity-based incentive arrangements. My clients are typically private equity firms, private companies and high net worth individuals.I remain responsible for the analytical project which models the outcomes of various management equity plans that we have implemented for our clients. This allows us to strengthen our relationships with existing clients, and expand our client portfolio.One of my passions is learning and talent. I have led on various aspects of the Tax and Legal Analyst Academy for our new Analysts, where I have held key roles in the design and creation of the Academy.Finally, finding new innovative technology-based solutions to help us deliver our work in a more efficient manner is an area that I continue to be interested in.

I believe that collaborative working and a strong sense of passion when developing ideas will achieve great results for myself and my team.My background is in Mathematics, Computer Science and Taxation, with a focus on computational & mathematical finance and employment-related taxation. I am a Member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), The Institute of Mathematics and its Applications (IMA), The Chartered Institute for IT (BCS) and The Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT).
