   In my current role, I am responsible for managing the talent acquisition process for Onsite positions for two key clients: Cummins and Daikin, both leaders in the manufacturing industry. These clients primarily require functional consultants specializing in Oracle EBS WMS & Oracle SCM among other roles such as Project Management with BA and Oracle PL/SQL Developers.As the sole Talent Acquisition specialist for these clients, I oversee the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified candidates in a timely manner to meet the urgent and specific needs of these organizations. My role is critical in ensuring that high-priority positions are filled efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of their projects and overall business goals.My role is multifaceted, encompassing various responsibilities aimed at acquiring top talent for the organization. Primarily, I am tasked with strategizing and executing recruitment plans to meet the company\'s staffing needs across different departments and levels. This involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements, crafting job descriptions, and posting vacancies on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.Once candidates are identified, I lead the screening and selection process, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates against job requirements and cultural fit. I coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, facilitate assessment exercises or tests if necessary, and provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the process.In addition to candidate evaluation, I negotiate job offers, including compensation packages and other terms of employment, ensuring alignment with company policies and budgetary constraints. I serve as a liaison between candidates and the organization, addressing any concerns or questions they may have and managing expectations on both sides.
