Have Successfully delivered 3 large scale initiatives in Q2 and Q3 • As a Senior Business Process manager, Coordinated with Run The Business (RTB) teams on creating new enhancements User Stories and Bugs on Adobe Technology Service platforms and prioritized it with other key initiatives • As a Data Analyst, Partnering with Data automation team on automating the UAT test validation by leveraging the existing scripts on end-to-end sales motion from opportunity to billing to invoicing to reduce the overall UAT lead time by ~50% • As a Data Analyst, leveraged the different data sources such as Tableau Bookings data, SAP Order Tracking report, Subscription Lifecycle Service API’s and developed the Partner Sales Order metrics visualization dashboards using Power BI and shared the key insights with Revenue Assurance team to understand the revenue impact and other partner compliance metrics on FY23 Q1,Q2,Q3.
