He holds a degree in Business Administration and Engineering from a reputed public university i.e Annamalai University and has further honed his expertise through diplomas in Industrial Safety, Automobile Maintenance, and Mechanical Design. His academic journey was marked by active participation in the National Cadet Corps (NCC), where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and discipline, earning the prestigious rank of Company Quartermaster Sergeant (CQMS).In his professional career, He has excelled as a Design Engineer, gaining valuable experience in esteemed organisations such as Sanjay Heavy Engineering and Global Fabrication Engineering. His contributions in these roles were pivotal in upholding and advancing industrial standards within the companies.His career trajectory took a significant leap when he assumed the role of Incubation Manager at Annamalai Innovation and Incubation Research Foundation (AIIRF-EDII), Annamalai University, Chidambaram. Here, he played a crucial role in nurturing and supporting over 37+ startups, mentoring students, and guiding them in the commercialisation of innovative products, particularly in the field of agricultural drones and 3d Printing.Previously, He served as the Incubation Head at St. Peter\'s Institute of Higher Education and Research Technology Business Incubator, where he continues to drive innovation and entrepreneurship. His leadership extends beyond his primary role. Currently serves as Director at Fusillade Innotech ventures LLP and also serves as the District Head in the Mayiladuthurai region under the All India Startup and Entrepreneur Association, Vision Advisor and Council Member for Diyas Ventures, and Innovation Ambassador at Annamalai University. Additionally, he is an active mentor in the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), where he continues to inspire and guide emerging entrepreneurs and innovators.
