ABOUT ARUNIMA GHOSH

As a product manager at Axis Bank, I am responsible for enhancing the partnership ecosystem of the merchant acquiring business, which involves shaping strategies for business growth, analysing segment potential, and establishing and fostering relationships with merchants and other stakeholders to drive the expansion of digital payment acceptance. I have a strong techno-management background, with an MBA in IT Business Management from Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology and a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering with Ecommerce and Retail Automation from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. I also hold multiple Salesforce certifications, which demonstrate my proficiency in Salesforce.com administration and development. Before joining Axis Bank, I also have experience as a technical analyst at IBM, where I ensured the availability and functionality of Salesforce applications for end-users and resolved critical production issues. I am passionate about leveraging my skills and knowledge in product management, operations management, project management, and business analysis to deliver end-to-end projects by leading cross-functional teams and liaising with stakeholders across multiple regions. I am always eager to learn new technologies and solutions that can enhance the customer experience and the business value of the products I manage.
