Design of a high precision Bandgap Reference with a post trim accuracy of ±0.35% with a high noise immunity from power supply fluctuations.Design of a high speed(~200ps) and power efficient clamping circuit to limit the voltage across the LS FET and prevent it from running into reliability issues for Monolithic Smart Power Stages. Worked on the design of a current sense architecture for monolithic power stages with TLVR support (accuracy < ±2% at TDC) with a TI fellow.(Involves the design of high speed comparators, oscillators, charge pumps, transconductance amplifiers, ramp generators, LDO etc. and their necessary testmodes all from scratch) Currently working on the design of Dead Time Reduction control circuit for Monolithic Smart Power Stages.
