About Me:I am a dedicated educator and HR professional with a passion for fostering growth and innovation. Currently serving as the Campus Technology Lead and Elementary Teacher at Stratford Schools in California since February 2018, I have had the privilege of contributing to both the educational and technological advancement of our school community.In my role, I collaborate closely with campus and central leadership to ensure the successful implementation of our school\'s technology and learning goals. This involves mentoring and coaching teachers in optimizing educational technology tools for engaging instruction, a role I find particularly fulfilling.As an elementary teacher, I have been entrusted with shaping young minds in subjects ranging from core knowledge Science, History, English Language Arts, to Saxon math curriculum. Additionally, I have had the pleasure of teaching Computer Science to Grade 1-3 students, introducing them to the world of computers, computer history, programming concepts, block coding, Google Suite, and more.Beyond the classroom, I have led a team of ten teachers, orchestrating a diverse array of summer camp activities benefiting over 300 K-5 students. My commitment to professional development is evident in my efforts to identify teacher learning needs for online teaching, conducting technology training workshops to enhance the virtual class session experience.Collaboration is at the heart of my approach, and I consistently work alongside grade-level teachers to integrate core knowledge curriculum and technology, resulting in engaging lessons and units.My experience extends beyond education; I have previously served as a Manager of HR and Operations at Decision Minds, California, where I customized performance management systems and created operational dashboards, among other accomplishments.During my tenure as Director at Zed, India, I managed a substantial team and budget, successfully increasing gross margins, enhancing employee retention and engagement, and optimizing recruitment processes.In earlier roles, both as a Senior HR Associate and HR Associate at Saama India Pvt. Ltd, I spearheaded global leadership development programs, improved employee satisfaction and engagement, and played a pivotal role in recruitment and onboarding.My journey has been one of continuous learning and development, reinforced by my educational background, including a Micro Masters in Instructional Design, an MBA in Human Resources, and certifications in DISC and PPA assessments.
