Plant machinery reliability study of ExxonMobil (ODC), based on risk assessment and management, performance monitoring and improvement, KPI tracking, data driven analysis (RAM, RCA, RCM, WHY-WHY, FMEA, OEE, Pf/Ff curve etc.), maintenance philosophy development, equipment categorization, potential failure identification and implementation of operation integrity management system.2. Condition monitoring and vibration analysis of different rotary machinery like turbine, compressor, pumps etc.(proximity vibration, BHGE System One and casing vibration for anti-friction bearing) during start-up and shutdown and check the trend of vibration and suggest the equipment condition and action required based on vibration data (API 670, ISO 20816)3. Static and rotary equipment reliability improvement (based on historical data, detail drawing, data sheet, P & ID, PFD, ISO) and plan the PM schedule, maintenance philosophy, turn-around planning, standardize maintenance procedure and strategy, spare inventory optimization and spec. modification.4. MOC (management of change) creation, review and technical assessment for different static and rotary equipment, based on safety, maintenance and process parameters. P & ID red lining, blue lining (BLUEBEAM REVU) and updating. Pre and post modification impact analysis of permanent, temporary and emergent MOCs and implement on site final application, with cost impact.
