Key responsibilities include: • Planning and executing the migration of Dynatrace components, including management zones, dashboards, alerting profiles, and monitoring configurations. • Re-deploying and validating OneAgents across infrastructure and applications in the SaaS environment. • Ensuring continuity of monitoring by replicating custom configurations and integrations. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align the new SaaS environment with Axis Bank’s operational, compliance, and performance requirements.ROBI project - Successfully implemented and configured Dynatrace for Robi Axiata Limited projects,focusing on end-to-end observability and performance monitoring across critical systems. Key responsibilities included: • Deployed Dynatrace OneAgent across multiple environments Kubernetes • Configured monitoring for infrastructure, applications, and services to provide full-stack visibility. • Set up custom dashboards, alerts, and management zones to align with Robi’s operational needs. • Worked closely with internal teams to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of monitoring solutions.
