As a business systems analyst, I have been able to combine my love for technology with my passion for helping clients by recommending tangible solutions which resulted in cost savings, increased customer satisfaction, and improved process efficiency.I have experience delivering projects on time and within budget for Fortune 500 clients using different CRM enterprise applications, including Oracle Siebel CRM and Salesforce CRM, within the automotive and manufacturing domain.I am adept at enabling change by gathering and interpreting business requirements and bridging the gap between business and IT.‘Why’ over ‘How’Since the start of my career, I had a habit of always asking ‘why’ whenever a requirement was presented to me. While others juggled with ‘how’ it should be accomplished, for me ‘why’ or the purpose of doing anything has always been paramount.This skill along with my ability to see the big picture has always been my biggest differentiator from others. It\'s one of the main reasons why I started my career as a Business Systems Analyst.When recommending solutions to clients or looking for answers in my personal life, purpose has always been my guiding light. I bring the same mindset, same attitude of resilience, grit, and perseverance every time I work on any project.Through the combination of these skills along with my critical-thinking skills and relationship-building skills, I have been able to achieve my greatest accomplishments: Achieved $21M+ in cost savings, decreased service time from 48 hours to 4 hours, and improved process efficiency by more than 91% by implementing field service solution using Salesforce CRM. Generated $200k+ in profits a year by developing a new process of disposing of scrap batteries which also facilitated the client in meeting their sustainability and ESG goals. Achieved a satisfaction rating of 93% from all project stakeholders by implementing a solution that fulfilled stakeholders\' needs and delivered business value.If I wanted to describe myself as a person, I would quote Chris Gardener (the character played by Will Smith) from the movie Pursuit of Happiness:‘I am the type of person that if you ask me a question and I don\'t know the answer, I am going to tell you that I don\'t know.
