I have over 20 years of experience in knowledge management, change management, enterprise content management and data governance, information architecture, service delivery, software development life cycle, service quality and improvement, service demand and capacity, SLA implementation and performance reporting, business relationship management, and service continuity. • Managed large-scale global enterprise-wide knowledge and intranet portals, information architecture, management and regulatory compliance systems, taxonomy and nomenclature schemas, navigation schemas, custom solutions and integration with third party products. • Through my tenure, I designed, developed and implemented knowledge management operations and innovation strategies in distributed global environments and as well as for New York State agency. • Developed and executed enterprise content management and collaboration models, tools and programs and post operations activities including compliance, budgetary control and chargeback models. • I have also played lead role in multiple collaboration and KM portal technologies including SharePoint 2007/2010/2013, Content server, Azure and O365. • Worked and managed multi-disciplinary global teams, including offshore and outsourcing. • Have constructed deliverables and documents such as: architectural designs, process/technology roadmaps, general proposals, presentations, engagement contracts, strategy, gap analysis, project plans, budgets, schedules, risk assessments, creative briefs, service introductions and support plans, and hosting and maintenance agreements. • Well versed in working in highly collaborative, multi-cultural teams in global matrix organizations. • Bound for success, very people oriented, continuous innovation and delivery is my mantra.
