About Aruna Arumugam
I come from a Psychiatric Social Work background, and over the last 18 years I’ve worked closely with employees, managers, and leaders across corporate and global environments.My work sits at the intersection of wellbeing, learning, leadership, and culture. I enjoy being a bridge between what people are experiencing on the ground and what organizations need to do to support performance, engagement, and growth.I’ve designed and delivered employee wellbeing, mindfulness, and capability-building programs from grassroots facilitation to global rollouts - working with diverse teams, senior leaders, and regional stakeholders. I rely strongly on data, feedback, and lived experience to shape interventions that are practical, inclusive, and relevant.I’m known for my calm presence, ability to listen deeply, and for creating safe spaces where people can reflect, learn, and move forward with clarity. I’m especially interested in work that strengthens people capability, supports leaders through change, and builds healthy, human-centered workplaces.
