Work closely with senior management to develop budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to support divisional objectives.8. Enhance Culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean manufacturing principles like Value stream mapping to reduce Throughput time of process by eliminating waste,Theory of constraint to identify the bottleneck process in the stream, fostering innovation in the process through Digitalization, IoT, Vision monitoring to support Process and quality controls, and driving process optimization initiatives by doing Predetermined motion time study.9. Achieve consistent year-over-year revenue growth, exceeding targets by an average of 20% annually.
