Job Responsibilities:* Provide technical support and consultancy for all product platforms to customers, distributors, sales team for business development in pre and post sales activities.* Promote NBC’s value added products, services and solutions and recommend innovative, high value customized solutions to the key targeted customers.* Troubleshoot the problems related to bearing applications and provide technical solutions for better performance.* Root cause analysis of bearing failure.* Customer support in product installation, analyzing equipment performance, system diagnostics & maintenance.* Provide the solution regarding lubrication issues with the equipment and suggest correct lubricant, seals or bearings.* Document solutions and to validate the savings done at the customer end.* Understand the application requirement of the customer and provide feasible solution.* Preparation of application Questionnaire, design Evaluation sheet, bearing failure analysis report.* Carry Engineering calculations for bearing selection & design feasibility calculations by using engineering software’s.* Interaction with Internal and External Customer regarding Application engineering, product recommendations, product development.* Conducting Technical Seminars/ Presentations and workshops at customers place for product/brand approval/acceptance.* Monitor and anticipate trends w.r.t. industry, competition, new business, product and technical development * Handle product quality related issues with PDs/factories and interact with customer’s various departments * Interaction with Product managers on New Application/New customer/new market development.* Identify and create new business opportunities with customer centric approach.* Provide technical training to the customer regarding bearing maintenance and other maintenance aspects.
