As a NRM Expert at PRADAN, I work with various stakeholders to plan, implement, and manage projects that aim to uplift rural communities, especially womens, from vulnerability and poverty. my works is impacting 6 sustainable development goal (SDGs) directly that are \"no poverty, Zero hunger, gender equality, clean water & sanitation, affordable clean energy and climate action\" in my current role, I support more than women farmers in sustainable natural resources management, 1 acre,50 decimal,Agrohorti model creates with more than 500 womens farmers, with help of CSR initiatives, multiples corporate companies,and government institutions especially MGNREGA, NRLM, department of agriculture, department of horticulture & other line department. I also contribute estimation of All types of Structures, Drainage line treatments, soil water conservation structures, land development structures, and for landless women activities like Poltryshed. previously I partnered with SRLM in livelihood planning and capacity building of women farmers from singrauli, shahdol, panna, mandla, damoh, districts of Madhya pradesh. I am passionate about creating and scaling up sustainable livelihood model that empower rural communities and enhance their resilience for climate change and models that are economically viable & environmentally sustainable.
