Owner’s Manual (OM) Review of software documents (operational manual, PLC validation, SCADA documents), and their preparation as per standard operating procedure Prepare Risk assessment and Traceability matrix documents of machines Conducting Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of machines with client as per standard operating procedure of FAT Coordinate with Cross Functional Team Heads & Clients for compliance reports of machines Attend weekly meetings with factory head and other department heads with reference to factory operations and schedule. Prepare and review Q.A.P of machines, conduct machine inspection at vendor’s site. Driving & implementing improvement initiatives in Qualification and Validation (QA) activities. Leading and motivating workforce; imparting continuous on job training for machines.
