My role encompasses the following key responsibilities:• Executing tasks strictly in line with established Standard Operating Procedures to uphold operational integrity.• Conducting detailed scrutiny of both inward and outward items under the Cheque Truncation System, ensuring all technical parameters are met.• Reviewing and validating transaction details through snippet images to identify and resolve discrepancies, thereby strengthening process reliability.• Performing systematic data entry of relevant records and information associated with cheque-related transactions, supporting accurate documentation and seamless processing.• Facilitating end-to-end operational workflows to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.• Contributing to overall quality assurance and risk management efforts within outsourced banking operations.
